   City Manager Executive Search Firm Interviews

   The City Council interviewed five executive search firms—Strategic Government Resources, GMP Consultants, DDA Human Resources, Government Professional Solutions, and Innovative Public Advisors—to assist with recruiting Richfield's next City Manager. After the interviews, the Council reached consensus to direct staff to negotiate a contract with GMP Consultants. That contract will come back for formal Council approval on July 14, 2026.
