   City Manager Executive Search Firm Interviews

   The City Council interviewed five executive search firms — Strategic Government Resources, GMP Consultants, DDA Human Resources, Government Professional Solutions, and Innovative Public Advisors — to assist with recruiting Richfield's next City Manager. Each firm gave a 10-minute presentation followed by 20 minutes of Council questions, after which Council was to identify a preferred firm. A contract with the selected firm is scheduled to come back for formal approval on July 14, 2026.
