   Truth in Taxation Public Hearing: 2025 Property Tax Levy, 2024 Revised/2025 Proposed Budget, and 2025 Utility Rates

   The Richfield City Council held a Truth in Taxation public hearing on November 26, 2024, to consider the 2025 property tax levy, the 2024 revised and 2025 proposed budgets, and proposed 2025 utility rates. Finance Director Kumud Verma presented a detailed overview covering levy history, city reserves, general fund revenues and expenditures, staffing updates, and the proposed capital budget. No residents offered public comment, and the Council voted 4-0 to schedule final action on all items at the December 10, 2024 Council meeting.
