   Performance Evaluation of City Manager Katie Rodriguez

   The Richfield City Council held a special closed session on July 8, 2025 to conduct a performance evaluation of City Manager Katie Rodriguez, as permitted under Minnesota Statute 13D.05, subd. 3(a). The session was called to order by Mayor Mary Supple at 6:00 p.m. and concluded at 7:24 p.m., with all five council members present voting 5-0 to enter the closed session. Mayor Supple announced that a follow-up closed evaluation session was scheduled for July 22, 2025, with a public summary of the evaluation expected to be presented at the August 12, 2025 regular council meeting.
